MERCATOR-VERT is aiming to implement a marine biogeochemical and ecosystem component at global scale into the MERCATOR  operational system,

using first PSY3 analysis at 1/4° then PSY4 at 1/12°. Based on experience gained by the BIONUTS group in 2003-2006 using a 1/3° resolution of

MERCATOR reanalysis and analysis in the North Atlantic, this Reinforced Partnership Project (PPR)

proposes to develop jointly in 2007-2009 period the following actions:
